Swyx Meeting: Meeting customers and colleagues online

Utilizing Swyx Meeting, you can provide your employees with a solution that offers them important functions needed to work with business partners, and colleagues located elsewhere: whether we are talking chat, web- and video conferences, or even screen and file sharing – all of that directly in the browser of any PC, tablets or mobile phone.

Swyx-Meeting at a glance:

Meetings will take place in a virtual meeting room with its associated waiting room. Users can utilize this room to enter a name before the conference starts, optionally they can take a profile picture, and test their microphone, audio and video settings. Moreover, the organizer can utilize the waiting room to manage his guests, or to send messages to all participants in advance, if for example, the start of the meeting will be delayed.

As soon as the first guest has been accepted and takes part in the meeting, the meeting room will activate in order for participants to talk with each other, communicate via video, or send messages and share information. During the meeting, all participants will have access to the group chat function. You will have the option to add files and share them with all participants. Additionally, participants can start private chats with any other participant or the hist.
